HOW TO SET UP A TELPAY ACCOUNT

Click on one of the TelPay buttons above, depending on where you normally submit your payments to Phoenix Floor & Wall Products Inc.

Select either Personal Payments or Business Payments, according to whether your bank account is a personal or business account.

Step 1:  Complete Payments Application Form.

Select Yes to "Would you like to make a payment now?"

Step 2:  Verify Account and Process Payment

To process your payment and verify your account, TelPay will email you a customer Access Number within a day. 

TelPay will make a small deposit into your bank account within 2 - 3 business days.  This deposit amount will be used as your initial PIN number.  For added security, this small deposit verifies that you are authorized to access the account provided.

Step 3:  Finalize Pending Payment and Account Setup

Return to the Phoenix Floor & Wall Products' TelPay Online Payment page.

Log on with your Access Number and enter the deposit amount as your initial PIN.

This one-time step completes any pending payment made during the application process and confirms your TelPay account.

Once you have signed up for a TelPay account, all future payments to Phoenix Floor & Wall Products Inc. can be made by visiting our website www.FloorsByPhoenix.com and by clicking on the TelPay button, logon with your Access Number and PIN.
